solid bikes, good value

grabbed some new baglygter for my Engwe, and as usual, they're decent quality. always a little bummed you can't stack codes, but the automatic discount for buying two things kinda makes up for it. i've looked at Fiido and ADO before, but engwe's just reliable for the price. my previous orders have been consistent too. wish the shipping wasn't like, 3 days longer than what they estimate, but it's not a deal breaker. their bikes are totally legal on danish cycle paths btw.

ordered an opladere til elcykler last week, and it's pretty solid. Engwe usually gets stuff to me fast, but this time around it took way longer than normal. good price though, especially with the automatic discount for getting two.

Engwe's pretty good, but check returns!

Anyone know what Engwe's return policy is like? I'm loving my X20, it's seriously a blast to ride and feels way more solid than some Lectric eBikes I've seen! The automatic discount for buying two was awesome, saved about 27%, but I wish there were more details on returns upfront, just in case. Will totally shop here again and tell my friends!

Decent, but a bit slow on shipping

Compared to my last Himiway order, the shipping for my skærmsæt from Engwe took ages, like 10 days longer than estimated. Everything else was fine though, the discount applied automatically when I added two items which was cool, and yes, tools did come with the bike for assembly. Just wish it had arrived quicker!
